FOOTIES (AKA:MIMI'S SLIPPERS!!!)

Well, my grandmother (Mimi) would be proud! She knitted these slippers for just about anyone and everyone who would wear them! I remember at the time insisting that I hated them b/c they reminded me of old ladies! LOL! And now here I am knitting up the same exact pattern (Thank you Isabelle for pointing me in the direction of this pattern!!!) Well, I must admit that they DO keep my feet warm and at this stage in my life, they really aren't the worst things I could wear around the house are they???????? I asked Paige if she wanted a pair and she looked at me like I had 10 heads and of course said, "Ahhhh........NO...WA!! LOL! Like mother, like daughter I guess! Anyway, these are for you Mimi!

What a beautiful pair of slippers, Donna!

I like the little flower idea on the top!

I was just wondering the other day what could make those slippers look a little "younger" and being washed easily also... and that's it! You found it! ;)

Like you, your daughter will propably change her mind in few decades... LOL

I know I cannot spend a day without my slippers! :))))))))))))
