KNITTED ANN DOLL

I got this free pattern from the local AC Moore. She is called the "Knitted Ann Doll". As you can probably guess, there is a host of odiments used here. The pattern is written so that the doll is knitted flat and then sewn up the back and stuffed. I spent way too much time one what I thought was going to be a quick, easy project. While I am happy with the way she came out, the time spent wasn't exactly what I had in mind when I staarted out on this doll. However, Paige is happy and now I will move back to Jim's sweater and a second pair of socks for him in the Bernat Denimstyle Yarn.

Very cute! I've been crocheting a doll on-and-off for a while now (it's an in-between project) from the teddy bear pattern on LionBrand.com... great minds think alike! :)

I love the way your Knitted Ann Doll turned out, so beautiful! How long did it actually take you to finish her?
