ME

As you see, I have been knitting a bit lately. The sock below is from Andean Knits. I like the eyelet cuff especially. It is made by knitting a few rows, then doing a dec/ yo row and folding the cuff down inside.
See?? The eyelet is the top of the cuff! I like it! This is the gray top downer I have been working on. Tell me, what is easier than a top downer on circs??!!!!!!!! You have to love these easy, fun patterns.
Well finally!!!!!!!!!!!! We woke up to a bit of measureable snow! After getting less than 3 inches for the entire winter season so far, this was a welcome sight!
OH! My little girl is all grown up! This is the two of them heading off to their LAST father/ daughter dance. Very sweet and so hard to believe!

This set was made for Jim's friend who just had a baby. All three patterns were free from the net! This is the third set made with this exact same yarn. SHEESH! I feel like there is no end to these skeins! LOL! I still have a skein or 2 of this colorway. I am sure there will be more little boys out there who are going to get one of these sets! I like how this came out; there is very little "pooling" for a change.
Here is the matching hat and booties that go with the sweater a few posts back. I am really addicted to making baby things! They work up so fast.
