So, I have been missing for a bit here! Well, there are very good reasons for that! The biggest reason is that I got totally botched up with "the new blogger"! I could not for the life of me get into this here blog! I kept getting redirected and moved around and given error messages and so on! I really thought I would lose my mind! Finally, tonight, I'm in! SHEESH! I hope I remember how to sign in again because this was the worst case of brain fog I've ever had. Now you have to have a google account to sign into blogger! Now, does this make any sense????? Sounds really stupid to me. It's not bad enough that blogger is the sllllllllooooooowest host in the worlkd! Now we have to have a google account! DUMB! I actually worked up a brand new blog over at another host but managed to completely delete it by accident and now this particular host won't let me reuse my blog name! I'd have to come up with a new name so just forget that! I'll find another host; there are plenty to pick from!
Anyway, the second reason I haven't been posting besides the fact that I locked myself out of my own blog is that I have been working a lot. 3-4 days a week on average. By the time I get home, cook, dishes, homework with the kids etc, I'm too tired to fiddle with my blog. Last week I had a class of 5th graders. Two boys decided to switch identities and switch seats. Now, this would have been funny for about....say.....10 minutes. But, they carried on this charade ALL day; no wonder they wouldn't answer me when I called on them! Anyway, 10 minutes b4 class let out for the day, they fessed up. Not one student in the class (including my ALAP students) said one word to me all day. They all just carried on and thought it was pretty funny. Well, I didn't think it was funny at all as you can imagine. When their teacher found out about it, she thought it was even less funny than I did. Are you getting the picture????? Their teacher really raked them over the coals on how completely idiotic their idea was. She explained to them that if Johhny got hurt but he was pretending to be Bobby, but the office called Johhnny's mom only to find out that this was not her Johnny, ....welll......this could actually be a serious thing!So, when I went in TODAY to sub for her again, what do I spy, sitting in a neat pile on the desk???? Hmmmmm????? A lovely pile of apology notes to me! Yes, they were all so apologetic and embarrassed at their silly, little game. They still talked a blue streak, failed to remain on task AND had the nerve to ask for extra time to "clean out their desks". Ah.....nope....not on my watch! One of the original pranksters ended up sitting with me because he couldn't stop talking. By lunch time, he earned a "no recess" day today. I wonder if he's learned anything this time??? Stay tuned!

Too bad about all your blog issues, that stinks. =(
I am so glad I moved from Blogger before the big mess... Now, I cannot loggin into my old account or Groups I belong to that still have a Blogger account... Grrrr
BTW, I so admire your patience in your job! I couldn't do that...
